Room were cozy, pleasant and comfortable hotel. The rooms with great bed, high ceiling, good shower. A simple restaurant for dinner or breakfast. A kind of good service. Amazing base for exploring Lezo.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were in excellent condition. They also provided convenient parking and were located close to the train station. The breakfast served was delicious, and we were impressed by the attentive and professional staff.

I had an unfortunate medical emergency upon arrival at Hotel Errekalde in Lezo, but the staff quickly came to my aid. They were incredibly caring and supportive, calling an ambulance and even checking on me at the hospital. They went above and beyond, driving us back to the hotel at 2am. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their help. The room itself was beautifully presented, with a spacious shower room and comfortable furnishings. The owner was also very welcoming and friendly after our long journey. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even providing a delicious croissant and coffee in the morning. The location was convenient, with the train to San Sebastian right across the road, only a 20-minute journey for a great price.

They were so friendly and helpful, giving us directions and making sure we had everything we needed. the room we stayed in was beautifully presented and very comfortable. the owner was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for us. It was conveniently located near a highway, making it easy for us to travel by car. Plus, there was a train station just a short walk away if we wanted to go into the nearby city.

The noise. It was located on a busy road with a train line opposite, which made it difficult to walk.

The rooms at Hotel Errekalde are cozy and charming, with exposed wooden beams that give them a rustic and warm feel. I absolutely loved the underfloor heating, which kept us super warm during our stay. The private bathrooms are clean and modern, stocked with toiletries and equipped with a hairdryer. Plus, the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for some evening entertainment.

I personally wasn't a big fan of the shower in the bathroom. It was a bit too small for my liking, but hey, that's just my take.
